The Good: It make less noise compared to other models. Works very well for grinding and choping small amount of ingredients. Price wise it is cheaper compared to other two models.
The Bad: Motor Power is only 600-watts, less compared to Nutribullet Pro 900 Series and Nutribullet Rx. Since its motor is not powerful, the consistency of smoothies is not great compared to another model with powerful motor. It comes with 1 extractor blade. Few users complained about leakage issues.
The Bottom Line: This is the first model in the series. If you already own this machine, and are not happy with the smoothies consistency then Nutribullet Pro or Nutribullet Rx would help. Otherwise, it serves all basic purposes.
Nutribullet Pro 900 Series Reviews
The Good: With 900-watts, it churns smoothies with good consistency. With the leakage issues fixed, there is less spilling and leakage to motor. It comes with 1 extractor blade and with “flip-top to go” that eases drinking from the jar.
The Bad: It does not work with hot beverages. As per the stress test conducted by “ConsumerReports,” it has issues involving crushing of ice. Its capacity is limited, good for single serving only.
The Bottom Line: If you are thinking to buy a bullet blenders for single serve then this would be a great choice. Good power, good capacity with reasonable price. However, if you want larger jars then you can look for Nutribullet Rx.
Nutribullet Rx Reviews
The Good: Very powerful motor with 2.3 horse power/1700-watts that can convert any solid items into digestible form in seconds. Smoothies are completely liquified without any chunks of food. Just to give an idea, “Vitamix 5200”, one of the most popular blender is of 2 horse power/ 1380-watts. It has large size of jars, thus supporting multi-serve. The highlight of this model is 7- minutes hot soup.
The Bad: It make loud noise. It comes with single extractor blade, thus be prepared to order it separately. Double the cost of other models.
The Bottom Line: It will make smoothies as smooth as butter. Better than Nutribullet Pro in multi-tasking. If you want more capacity and ability to make hot beverages, then opt for this. Otherwise, Nutribullet Pro is sufficient.

Nutribullet 600 is an old model, Nutribullet Pro 900 Series was released in late 2013 and Nutribullet Rx is released in late 2014. The Nutribullet Rx is most powerful of the three models. It has more capacity and horsepower.
If you require very high horsepower, large jars or hot beverages, then go for Nutribullet Rx. Nutribullet 600 is good with respect to cost and does suffice for most of the use-cases. Nutribullet Pro is a good mid point. If you want the good product in reasonable price then, I recommend going for Nutribullet Pro 900 Series.

Just bought a nutri bullet pro 900 as a Christmas gift and it has only one extractor blade. The side of the box only indicates that one extractor blade is included I now realise. I am disappointed as I bought this model based on this review which indicated the nutri bullet pro 900 has two extractor blades!
I also bought the 900 series at Costco, & it only has one blade. Whats up with that? Thank you for a response by email.

Earlier model of nutribullet 900 series use to come with 2 extractor blades, however at present it comes with 1 extractor blade. We have updated the articles. Thanks again for bringing it to our notice.

You can buy the 1700 watt blender new on ebay for around $100. Just sort by lowest price and buy it now. I had the 900 but after getting the 1700, my 900 just gathers dust 🙂
Do we need 2 extractor blades? I was blessed with two RX models for the price of one on a recent special so I jumped on it to get one for a friend. I didn’t really even notice about the blades I just jumped on it can I do fine with just the one blade? I also have a blend tec that I love but I thought it would be nice to have a small one for single servings and large enough that it would do me for two or three feedings with my hypoglycemia because I take some sips every few hours sometimes

The two blades are different. When I bought my original 600 I used 1 blade for making nut butters and the other blade looks like the blade in the base model vitamix. My original developed leakage issues and the motor developed a burning smell, although it still worked. I purchased a new 600 and it only came with the blade that looks like the vitamix blade. This does not work well for making nut butters for me. It is also leaking.
I am preparing to move to New Zealand for good. Hopefully, my immigration status will be finished this year and I will go at the start of 2016. Can anyone suggest some excellent info and forums about preparing for settling in New Zealand?.
You will need a good blender
I normally use a ~$250 Blentec mixing machine for higher volume smoothies, a great machine! I purchased a number of Nutri Bullets hoping to learn which will work best for me just so I can make single serving and head out. I tried the 900w pro (best buy)and the 1100w (sams club), returned the unit to bby for the higher wattage unit from sams club which works great. I just purchased a 1770 pro rx unit from bby for $119 from bby and received 30% off of that.
It is a very large unit and the jars have a higher capacity but are not compatible with smaller drive units. The drive gear design is very much like the drive gear on in my Blentec. I just purchased the 1200w bullet lean machine from bby for $89 (using the %30 discount). The 600w and 900w units jars fit it too.
I purchased the Nutribullet RX and was very disappointed. My initial idea was to get it to turn herbs and dry grains into super fine powder in order to put in capsules because it was so powerful. this way I wouldnt have to send away for machine all the way from China…but unlike the first bullet I purchased it doesnt come with a dry grain blade attatchment. then to make matters worse it does not do a better job at making smoothies than the Vitamix. Even with all that power the result is not that smooth and it is very limited in what it can do and it makes one heck of a lot of noise that I cant use it at night or early morning because it would awaken the neighbors. now I wonder will they make a dry grain blade attachment to purchase separately later on.
